APPYAPP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our games and applications for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not allow you to modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.

All virtual items, currencies, and other in-game content obtained through purchases have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or real goods. Refunds are not provided except as required by applicable law or the policies of the app store through which the purchase was made.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uzbekistan.
