Food Story does not require an account. You can optionally sign in with Google Play Games Services to sync your progress; this provides us your player ID, nickname and avatar - not your email or contacts. The game is supported by advertising and uses third-party SDKs for ads, analytics, attribution, and crash reporting. These SDKs automatically collect a limited set of technical and advertising data, described below.
APPYAPP does not collect personal data from you directly. The following data may be collected automatically by the integrated third-party SDKs while you use the game:

Ads in Food Story are delivered through the CAS mediation platform, which connects to multiple ad networks. Depending on availability and configuration, these may include Google AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, ironSource, Liftoff/Vungle, Pangle, Mintegral, Yandex Ads, and others. Each network operates under its own privacy policy governing its data collection.
Food Story includes optional in-app purchases (such as in-game currency and content packs). On iOS these are processed by the Apple App Store, and on Android by Google Play Billing; APPYAPP never receives or stores your payment card details. Food Story does not send push notifications. If any of these change, this policy and our store data-safety disclosures will be updated to reflect them (see Section 14).
Food Story displays ads served through ad mediation. Ad networks may use your advertising identifier and device/usage data to serve personalized or contextual ads and to measure their performance.
You can limit or reset your advertising identifier, and opt out of personalized advertising, in your device settings (on Android: Settings > Privacy / Google > Ads). If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region where consent is required, the game presents a consent request before such data is collected for advertising and analytics; if you decline, you will receive non-personalized ads where applicable.
Where required by law (including for users in the EEA and the UK), we request your consent before collecting data for advertising and analytics. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through your device settings or by contacting us at maxdev@appyapp.org.
Food Story is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with data, please contact us at maxdev@appyapp.org and we will take steps to delete it.
The data described above is shared with the third-party service providers listed in Section 4 for the purposes described in this policy. These providers process the data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.
We and our service providers retain the collected data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with each provider's retention practices.
The third-party services we use may process and store data on servers located in the European Union, the United States, or other countries. Appropriate safeguards are applied by these providers to protect your data in accordance with applicable law.
