1. Data Controller
The data controller for Food Story is «APPYAPP» MCHJ (APPYAPP LLC), a company registered in Namangan, Republic of Uzbekistan. You can contact us at any time at maxdev@appyapp.org.
2. Summary
Food Story does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise (GPS) location. The game is supported by advertising and uses third-party SDKs for ads, analytics, attribution, and crash reporting. These SDKs automatically collect a limited set of technical and advertising data, described below.
3. Data Collected
APPYAPP does not collect personal data from you directly. The following data may be collected automatically by the integrated third-party SDKs while you use the game:
- Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / GAID) and, where applicable, other device identifiers (for example, the Android ID) used by SDKs
- IP address (used for network communication, fraud prevention, and to derive approximate location)
- Approximate location (country / region, derived from IP address only - not precise or GPS location)
- Device and technical information (device model, operating system version, language, screen, network type)
- App activity and analytics events (sessions, levels started and completed, in-game actions, ad interactions)
- Crash logs and diagnostic data (used to detect and fix stability issues)
4. Third-Party Services
Food Story integrates the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy and may collect data independently:
- CleverAdsSolutions (CAS) - advertising mediation platform that serves ads from multiple networks - Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob & Google Mobile Ads - advertising, served through CAS mediation - Privacy Policy
- Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config) - analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration - Privacy Policy
- Yandex AppMetrica - mobile analytics - Privacy Policy
- Tenjin - mobile measurement and install attribution (MMP) - Privacy Policy
Ads in Food Story are delivered through the CAS mediation platform, which connects to multiple ad networks. Depending on availability and configuration, these may include Google AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, ironSource, Liftoff/Vungle, Pangle, Mintegral, Yandex Ads, and others. Each network operates under its own privacy policy governing its data collection.
At present, Food Story does not include user accounts or sign-in, push notifications, or active in-app purchases. If any of these are introduced in the future, this policy and our Google Play Data Safety disclosures will be updated to reflect them (see Section 12).
5. How the Data Is Used
- To serve and measure advertisements through ad mediation
- To understand how players interact with the game and improve it
- To measure app install attribution and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- To detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and technical problems
- To prevent fraud and abuse
6. Advertising and Your Choices
Food Story displays ads served through ad mediation. Ad networks may use your advertising identifier and device/usage data to serve personalized or contextual ads and to measure their performance.
You can limit or reset your advertising identifier, and opt out of personalized advertising, in your device settings (on Android: Settings > Privacy / Google > Ads). If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region where consent is required, the game presents a consent request before such data is collected for advertising and analytics; if you decline, you will receive non-personalized ads where applicable.
7. Consent
Where required by law (including for users in the EEA and the UK), we request your consent before collecting data for advertising and analytics. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through your device settings or by contacting us at maxdev@appyapp.org.
8. Children's Privacy
Food Story is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with data, please contact us at maxdev@appyapp.org and we will take steps to delete it.
9. Data Sharing
The data described above is shared with the third-party service providers listed in Section 4 for the purposes described in this policy. These providers process the data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.
10. Data Retention
We and our service providers retain the collected data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with each provider's retention practices.
11. International Transfers
The third-party services we use may process and store data on servers located in the European Union, the United States, or other countries. Appropriate safeguards are applied by these providers to protect your data in accordance with applicable law.
12. Your Rights
Under the GDPR (EEA / UK residents): you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at maxdev@appyapp.org.
Under the CCPA (California residents): you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at maxdev@appyapp.org.
13. Data Deletion
You can request deletion of the data associated with you at any time. Please visit our Data Deletion page for instructions, or email maxdev@appyapp.org with the subject "Food Story data deletion".
14. Future Features and Updates
If Food Story later introduces optional in-app purchases, payments will be processed by Google Play Billing; APPYAPP does not receive or store your payment card details. If we add or change third-party services or data practices, we will update this policy and our Google Play Data Safety disclosures accordingly.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Food Story after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
