Welcome to APPYAPP. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all mobile and browser games, applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by «APPYAPP» MCHJ (APPYAPP LLC), a limited liability company registered in Namangan, Republic of Uzbekistan ("APPYAPP," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any APPYAPP game or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not download, install, access, or use any of our Services.
If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. If you are under 13, you may not use our Services under any circumstances.
Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
APPYAPP develops and publishes casual mobile and browser games. Our games are available through app stores and platforms including Google Play, the App Store and Yandex Games. The Services include, but are not limited to:
Our games are primarily casual and puzzle titles designed for entertainment purposes. Game availability, features, and content may vary by region and platform.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, APPYAPP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use our games on a compatible device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Most of our games can be played in guest mode without creating an account or providing any registration information. Where guest mode is available, no personal account or login is required.
Some games may offer optional account features (such as cloud saves or cross-device progress sync) through third-party authentication providers (such as Google Play Games or Apple Game Center). If you use these features, your use is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers.
If a game requires or offers account creation, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our games may offer in-app purchases ("IAPs") that allow you to buy virtual items, virtual currency, ad removal, premium features, or other digital content. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to the following:
Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and managing their children's in-app purchase activity. We recommend enabling device-level purchase restrictions where available.
Our games contain advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, including but not limited to Google AdMob. These ads may include banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded video ads, and native ads.

All content included in or made available through the Services, including but not limited to game code, software, graphics, artwork, animations, sound effects, music, text, game designs, game mechanics, user interface designs, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of APPYAPP or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and international treaties.
The APPYAPP name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of APPYAPP. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any intellectual property owned by APPYAPP, except for the limited license granted in Section 3.
Our Services rely on and integrate with third-party services, platforms, and tools, including but not limited to:
Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. APPYAPP is not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with our games.
We do not endorse and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, APPYAPP disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
You use the Services at your own risk. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements or expectations. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from APPYAPP or through the Services, creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall APPYAPP, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
In no event shall APPYAPP's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services exceed the amount you have paid to APPYAPP in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ten US dollars (USD $10.00), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, APPYAPP's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless APPYAPP, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason or for no reason, with or without notice, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your license to use the Services is immediately revoked. You will lose access to any in-app purchases, virtual items, game progress, and other data associated with the Services. APPYAPP is not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Services.
Sections 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 of these Terms shall survive any termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services ("Dispute"), you agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute informally by contacting us at maxdev@appyapp.org. We will attempt to resolve any Dispute through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice.
If the Dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the Dispute to the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan for resolution. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalidity of any single provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify you of significant changes through in-game notices or other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
