• the app version, device model and Android version
• what you expected and what happened
• for a purchase issue, the product name, approximate time and payment receipt

Do not send passwords, a full card number, card security code, raw purchase token or receipt signature. Screenshots should hide unrelated personal information.

Service status

Payment availability depends on account, country, provider and server eligibility checks. If any required check is unavailable, Brainy keeps the payment option disabled. Support cannot bypass those checks or create an entitlement without verified payment evidence.
