This public offer applies only to eligible digital purchases made through YooKassa in the Android game Brainy: Trivia & Logic (package org.appyapp.trivia). Google Play purchases remain subject to Google Play terms.

The app publisher and data controller is APPYAPP MCHJ, STIR 312855930, Uzbekistan. APPYAPP MCHJ operates the game and support surface; it is not represented as the seller for the YooKassa transaction described by this offer.
You accept this offer when you confirm the YooKassa checkout after the game has displayed the product, price, currency, seller, and links to this offer, the refund policy and privacy policy. Opening the store or viewing a product does not itself create a purchase.
The product is a digital in-game item or entitlement described in the game before checkout. The current price in Russian rubles is shown before confirmation. No recurring subscription is created unless the checkout explicitly says so.
YooKassa processes the payment. The receipt email entered in the game is used to deliver the electronic receipt and is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. APPYAPP does not receive or store full bank card details.
The digital good is delivered only after the payment provider confirms the payment and the Brainy backend verifies and records the entitlement. A browser return or checkout screen alone is not proof of payment. Duplicate confirmations do not grant the item twice.
If payment was confirmed but the item was not delivered, contact support with the payment receipt. The seller will verify the provider record and either restore the entitlement or handle the request under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
